Its groundbreaking Regenerative Catalytic System (RCS) is the industry’s first and only integrated, high-capacity facility for treating greenhouse gas emissions from semiconductor production. The rigorous systems it installed to recycle and purify wastewater have earned the highest certification from the Alliance for Water Stewardship (Platinum), and led to the signing of MOUs with various cities to conserve water.
